Here at Kendra Van Beek Horsemanship, we strive to honor the horse by intentionally prioritizing continued learning and improved partnership. 

Kendra is a lifelong horse lover and student of the horse. She has shown successfully through 4-H in her youth, and is a current member of the Western Washington Mounted Shooting club and the Pacific Northwest Ranch Horse Association.  She is passionate about biomechanics, but firmly believes that not everything can be learned inside of an arena. 

Kendra highly values the development of the whole horse, both mentally and physically. She takes her methods from a variety of traditional and scientific sources integrating the philosophies of classical dressage, Californio bridle horse traditions, and elements of natural horsemanship.
